TAKE ONE PAINTING: First Year group project at NFTS

Synopsis:

Take one painting is a group project where a scene from the selected painting has to be built on the main stage of NFTS. The objectives were to research the historical background of the painting paying attention to period furnishing and architectural details.

Students had to analyse the space and produce a plan, elevations and details of the space to scale and produce a model.

At the end of the brief, one of the set drawings was used to facilitate the construction of the set.
